Lessons in happy.

The Holistic Success Show entertains while educating viewers on how to live a happy, healthy and successful life. We take a holistic approach, which means exploring the many, varied components of health and success. True and lasting happiness come when you put all the many puzzle pieces of your life together, without neglecting any important segment of your life.

Steadying your see-saw will really make you smile.

The key to success, health and happiness, of course, is balance. Those who devote hours to keeping their bodies in top physical condition, but jump from one relationship to the next are off balance. Just like others who boast very successful businesses yet suffer from ulcers and insomnia. For them, financial success isn't freeing at all.

All your working parts must be in order.

In many ways, we are like a luxury jet. As long as everything is working properly, we soar through life enjoying the ride. However, if we neglect key components like the engine or the electrical wiring or don't account for changes from aging, we slow down. We may even crash. And we'll soon start to think: this isn't how life is supposed to be.

Illuminating Interviews.

The Holistic Success Show devotes a third of each episode to special guests who are leaders in their fields and can offer insight into some aspect of healthy and successful living. Each guest provides another piece to our holistic living puzzle. By learning about their individual areas of expertise, we can create a big picture that teaches us how to balance demanding careers with a rich family life, while staying sane and happy.

Tune in and give your life a tune up.

The Holistic Success Show is about optimal living. There are healthy and unhealthy ways to face the inevitable challenges that come your way. We'll talk about the best way to hurdle those obstacles while remaining physically, psychologically, and spiritually healthy throughout your life's journey. When this happens, life is good! So join us and experience the wonders of being a healthy and vibrant human being!

I know Dr. Puff has discussed the importance of living in the present before on the show, and it has helped me to remember to slow down and focus on one task or activity at a time. Also, finding a way to reconnect with your personal life after a long work day or work week is challenging, you have to let go, and just be with your loved ones. I almost always find peace just being around my family or best friend. It's hard to leave work at work, but it is best to enjoy your quiet time with loved ones as much as you can. Thank you for bringing up this topic.

What a wonderful episode. I found the topics of: Investing in relationships, always something beautiful to be with, and motivation to exercise very helpful and relevant to most anyone. I believe investing in relationships is not only one of life's single most fulfilling joys but also vital to our well-being as a whole. Dr. Puff's advice to always find beauty, such as birds singing, or being with a loved one etc. is very true- my dog Jane brings me joy & peace everyday. Lastly, the motivation to exercise does come from within, and starts with small realistic goals/steps and can be reinforced by those who encourage and share an interest or goal with us. Thank you Elizabeth and Dr. Puff!!

This episode covered an array of holistic health topics as usual, and I particularly appreciated Dr. Puff's advice for single parents to ask and accept help from loved one's 'let them love you' and give their time to your children as well, in turn single parents should take advantage of that time and replenish themselves so they can ultimately be happier and healthier people and parents. Also, Dr. Tatum Hunter was very helpful and informative pertaining to holistic and dermatological health- skin health is so important, I know from having to see a dermatologist regularly and having had surgery for skin cancer at a young age due to sun exposure without proper precautions. Lastly, thank you for covering the underlying issue of insecurities caused by negative thoughts and feelings generally brought on by family and or peer rejection or harsh judgement. I think that parents, siblings, and peers negative or hurtful attitudes and opinions can have a profound impact on self-esteem.

Thank you for bringing to light the constant struggle for most of us with feeling good about ourselves in relation to our bodies and weight- especially Elizabeth's advice to avoid anything that causes negative thoughts and feelings i.e. airbrushed models on magazines at the grocery store checkout. Also, Dr. Puff's advice to take health and weight goals one step at a time as 'the tortoise' would, and making an effort to think positively and take into account even small changes and victories- maintaining health and body weight holistically is definitely the best way.

This is my favorite episode so far! Absolutely love the section of how to have a higher frequency? I have a question. Is there any way to measure frequency, like for example, with brain waves or someone's aura maybe? I know they do those aura pictures, I wonder if someone's whole energy field could be changed by changing their beliefs :) Food for thought.

Daily my children and I do nature walks. Walking is meditation is motion. Also, natures color therapy from the green trees, to the blue sky and the yellow sun conditions our body and heals our internal organs. Sound therapy from the birds chirping and water from the pond connects us to wonders of Mother Nature. It soothes our soul when we make that connect with Universe via natures simple acts. Yes, walking is very holistic and I feel so blessed to be able to walk daily with my children. Dr. Elon Bomani www.elonbomani.com www.thedynamicdiva.com

Louisa Graves Says:

My husband and I make time for a one hour walk every Monday to Friday. This not only keeps us in top physical health, but also provides us great alone time, spiritual time, and an opportunity to enjoy nature. Life is meant to be enjoyed and our daily walks allow us the opportunity to prey and thank God for all the blessings that surround us - from the beautiful sky, to the birds, lizards and flowers that we pass on our walking trail. It makes us feel tranquil and uplifts us at the same time. I hope all couples and families take time to walk to together. Walking also aids digestion and helps us sleep like babies. THanks for your tips, Dr. Puff.

I was saddened by Dr. Puff's story regarding his two cats. I really empathize with Dr. Puff's story, because I had to leave behind my dog Sutton of seven years as a young girl due to my parents divorce and when away, my dog was lost in a snow storm when my dad let him out by accident and my dog ran off after a coyote. Despite my efforts, I never found Sutton and it broke my heart. I've never been able to forgive myself. However, I liked Dr. Puff's advice for coping with loss & guilt. I too, have given to animal organizations and adopted my dog Jane from a local shelter.

A major point I saw was for parents to take care of theirselves first, as that will make an impact on their children. I also loved seeing the anger release shown, and the note that you may lose your voice after the first time screaming. Thank you for this show!
